Holy Yoga

God led me to Holy Yoga a few years ago and made it plainly obvious that this is His path for me at this moment. I have long held a fascination with and deep admiration for the craftsmanship of the physical body. Holy Yoga is a beautifully powerful witness to the love and intricacy with which we are designed, and I am both honored and humbled to have been given the opportunity to assist others in connecting with their Creator through this practice.
