Holy Yoga

Lisa Kneller fell in love with the practice of yoga at age 43. She began teaching in 2003 and has been an instructor at a variety of locations throughout the Phoenix area. Always a student, Lisa has spent most of her practice time learning the principles of body alignment through the study of Anusara yoga founded by John Friend. Utilizing these principles help to build strength, heal the body and expand the heart and mind. Lisa enjoys teaching beginning students, intermediate classes and workshops that deepen the practice for continuing students. Devoting her heart to Jesus Christ lead Lisa to Holy Yoga after about 7 years of teaching. Now she is delighted to be able to weave God's word throughout her classes and her desire is to inspire - through the Holy Spirit - living to glorify God. When not practicing or teaching yoga, she is also assisting two-time Emmy Award winning television personality and celebrity craft expert Terri O in a variety of administrative and production tasks.
