I am Matthew Prentice. I am a former Restaurant manager at Jason's Deli. I have been in the restaurant business for many years and truly love to help others. What God has shown me through Holy yoga is How to be His hands and feet and truly help people connect with Him in an authentic way. Through Holy yoga and His word I have learned to slow down, be still and when you have an opportunity, smell the beautiful flowers that He has created.
