The 200 hour Holy Yoga Instructor training consists of 2 modules. You may elect to do either module first and both modules must be completed within one calendar year. The modules are one 9 week immersion session and one Instructor training retreat. The 20 hour accreditation is the first 4 weeks of any given 9 week immersion. Retreat is heavily suggested, but not mandatory.
