Holy Yoga is an internationally recognized school of yoga. We seek to train dedicated believers in Christ to teach Holy Yoga around the world. We are committed to facilitating a training that is not only 100% yoga, but is 100% Jesus. Our mission is to create a space where individuals can connect to Christ in an intimate yet collective way. The practice of Holy Yoga is an experience that fuses surrender of self and receiving of God and His Word.  We believe that Christ is not just about salvation, but about relation and is to be the source of our daily practice and being (Luke 9:23). Holy Yoga Instructors currently facilitate classes in 46 states, 10 countries and 3 continents.

With more than 475 Registered Holy Yoga Instructors globally to date, we have made it our #1 priority to provide each Instructor with every resource necessary to assist them in facilitating their individual Holy Yoga ministries. In doing so, we take all the “work” out of getting out there and leading. If the Lord has called you to lead Holy Yoga, chances are it is not from behind a computer making flyers and business cards. It is out in your community, living and breathing your personal relationship with Christ (John 7:38). As believers, we are to be a light to all men, in our simple daily living (Matt 5:16). That is why Holy Yoga has developed our Instructor portal. All Registered Holy Yoga Instructors (R-HYI) have access to the portal where every tool for ministry facilitation imaginable is housed for their use. We exist to serve our Instructors so they in turn can take Christ and what He is doing with Holy Yoga to the ends of the earth (Acts 13:47).  There are never any ongoing or renewal fees for any services of Holy Yoga to our instructors.

If you are considering becoming a Holy Yoga Instructor, there are a few things you should know.  Holy Yoga is Holy and it is yoga. We understand that there is no supremacy in Holy Yoga, but that the Lord alone reigns supreme (Col 1:18). It is what the Lord is electing to do with Holy Yoga that is monumental. Holy Yoga is a discipleship making ministry. As much as you learn about yoga, you learn more about the Lord and His desire to know you personally. You will receive world class yoga training, but it is absolutely secondary to the study of God’s Word. Holy Yoga seeks to inspire greatness in their instructors, and realizes that horizontal greatness is an overflow of His vertical greatness. (Matt 21:6) We teach that good teachers will tell you what to do and great teachers will tell you how it feels. We aspire to inspire great teachers, both on and off the mat. Participants can expect to spend 10-12 hours a week on studies during immersion. Those hours are inclusive of in depth bible study, yoga study and physical practice hours.

While all of our Instructor training is held in the U.S., our world class program is facilitated through two mediums that make it easy for people to train internationally, no matter where they are in the world. One portion of our training is home study and the second portion is a U.S. based week long retreat. The webinar program we use for the home study portion makes it easy to participate from your home without any international phone charges. There is more information about international training in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's).

If the Lord has you looking into Holy Yoga, consider it a personal invitation. Holy Yoga has never used any of the resources God has given us for marketing or advertising. We re-invest into ministries and individuals with the desire to facilitate ministry. We know that if you are considering Holy Yoga, that it is the Lord alone drawing you. We know that it is nothing we have done to bring you here. Our role is to simply serve you as He has instructed us once you arrive.

Holy Yoga offers three different programs for those interested in spreading God's Word and love through the spiritual practice of Holy Yoga. All R-HYI's are required to have a minimum of 200 hours of yoga training and are fully insured.
