This in-person 200 Hour Instructor Training includes 9 in-person sessions (Friday evenings 6-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm) + bi-weekly Life Group zoom sessions. It is hosted in Frisco, TX.

Students should expect to spend about 4 hrs/week on their mats practicing yoga in addition to at home readings/homework in between sessions.

As an added value, teachers-in-training will receive a complementary unlimited Dwell Yoga membership during the training period (Aug – Dec), a value of $596.
