Holy Yoga Foundation
Mission: The Foundation educates, inspires and mobilizes the Holy Yoga community to transform spiritual landscapes worldwide by becoming Kingdom catalysts for change.
Vision: Communities are transformed for the benefit of others and the Glory of God.
Purpose:In a broken and hurting world, we nurture communities where people belong, heal and grow
Soul Care program offerings are an intentional spiritual journey to discover our truest self and be drawn closer to the heart of God.
Outreach is an invitation to encounter genuine community; receive nourishment for the body, mind, and spirit; and leave feeling cared for, and inspired to get involved and give back. No matter where you are in the world, these events are accessible to you!

I am 68 years old and have been attending Holy Yoga classes regularly for about 3-1/2 years now. This is my first experience with any structured “fitness” program and I love it! It has been very physically helpful, as well as spiritually and emotionally. I have been able to stop taking statin drugs (for high cholesterol) and lowered my blood pressure medication. The sisterhood I’ve experienced through prayer and meditation has had a very soothing and healing effect on me both spiritually and emotionally. I can’t imagine my life without it!
I think Holy Yoga is a great addition to our Group options because it beautifully merges church, Jesus and yoga. It helps show people that we as Christians, are not against healthy and meditative practices, we just make sure Jesus is at the center. It frequently surprises people that we offer yoga at the church and is always a good conversation starter with people learning more about Groups and why they are important- whether it is yoga or a bible study group.
