100 Hour Instructor Training
This program invites existing yoga instructors into the Holy Yoga community to receive expert yoga training as well as Christ-centered spiritual development. The program teaches the history and principles of yoga with biblical foundations of the Christian faith. The program explores the use of Christ-centered yoga as a means for healing, restoration and kingdom expansion and trains instructors to bring the gospel to the ends of the earth through Holy Yoga®.
