Heidiʻs passion calls her specifically to healing of the mind, body and heart, and soul via Christ-centered guidance, spiritual counseling, mentorship, breath and bodywork, and nutritional coaching.
She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii, a Pastoral counselor for Women in Ministry Leadership and Foursquare Missions International along side her Husband Kiha.
As a Certified Holy Yoga Instructor, Heidi facilitates breath and quiet spaces in her counseling practice, at retreats and in groups. She is a certified health coach and educates about healthy habits, which are vital to the miracle of healing and a restored and the transformed life in Christ.
Heidiʻs second greatest love are her 5 adult children and granddaughter, her husband, extended family and friends. Most morning at sunrise, you will find Heidi walking and swimming Kailua beach, either alone or with a friend, and of course Jesus!
