What if, instead of making another New Year’s resolution, we did a different kind of hard thing?
What if, instead of modifying our behaviors with fad diets, extreme exercise plans, or trying to avoid our latest temptations, we tried something a bit different?
What if we were bold enough to allow God to transform us from the inside out?
What if, in 2020, we allowed Him to get to the heart of our addictions, bad habits, and hurts so that He could renew our hearts and minds in a way we have never experienced before?
What if we became transformed rather than conformed?
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Romans 12:2
We invite you to join us in 2020 as we commit to being transformed by God, not conformed to this world!
We hope you will join us over the next few weeks as we set out on this journey to be transformed by God in a new way. Follow us on social media and the blog each week as we hear stories from our community and are challenged to resist the tendency to conform to the culture of this world.
If you are looking for the next step in your journey of transformation, below are just a few ways Holy Yoga can come alongside you.
Redeem your journey
If you are reading this, we believe it is not on accident! If God is inviting you into Holy Yoga, He is inviting you to cultivate a deeper relationship with Him where you can begin to explore the purpose He has in store for you. We’ll teach you to become a world-class yoga instructor and invite you on a journey of personal growth and transformation. If He’s led you here then He has something more for you. Healing. Hope. Rest. Community. A fresh encounter. A new beginning. Whatever it is, say yes. You may not know what is next, just be present for what is now. Join us and let Him do a new thing in and through you.
Redeem your relationship with food
If you struggle with your relationship with food and the way you view your body, this program may be for you. This program will guide participants through a journey of rightly ordering their relationship with food, their body and God in a beautiful way. Individuals will study how Scripture addresses disordered eating and the ways in which God’s love and grace provide what is needed to safely and rightly order our relationships with food. The way we see ourselves in view of God’s love can help aid in our healing and change the unhealthy ways we see our bodies.
Reclaim the joy of movement
Movement does not have to equal pain or punishment! If you are looking for a new and fun way to get your body moving in a joyful and functional way, Holy Yoga with Weights is the perfect fit! Strength is important. It allows us to perform all the activities we love for the rest of our lives. But strength involves more than our muscles – in Christ, our minds and spirits are strengthened as well.
Reclaim what trauma stole from you
Trauma has stolen so much from us but it doesn’t have to define us forever! Inner healing after trauma can be so very difficult. Accessing healing is not an intellectual experience alone. Healing is facilitated through the integration of the heart, soul, mind and strength.
In Trauma-Sensitive Holy Yoga Training, we show you how to use the tools in yoga, combined with wisdom found in God’s Word, to access the healing you need and show you how to facilitate that experience for others.
Reclaim your body image
Looking to tone your body and strengthen your core? Then you are in the right place! If God is inviting you into Holy Yogalates, He wants to teach you about what it means to be strong from the inside out, and teach others to be as well. By focusing on our core we can access not only the muscles that support our bodies, but the wisdom that is available to us through the Holy Spirit.
If Holy Yoga training has been on your heart, now is the time to invest in yourself through the transformation of our world-class, Christ-centered training. We can’t wait to talk to you and to see what the Lord has for you in 2020!
