While these can be used for many things, they are typically used in a Holy Yoga class and given to students. When the token is placed on the mat with the heart side facing up, this means the student is open to receiving touch and/or assistance. When the token is placed on the mat with the heart side facing down (logo side up), this means the student does not wish to be touched or assisted.
