Power yoga, also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a faster-paced style of yoga focused on building strength and endurance. This style of practice is great for burning calories, strengthening your body, and working up a sweat!

Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing. This style of practice encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Slow yoga flows are just that: slow, with about half the number of poses you may typically do in a regular class, taking more time and breath in each pose. This style of practice is great for those looking for a deeper stretch.

Chair yoga is a gentle practice involving the support system of a chair to allow for a safe and effective class. This style of practice is helpful for older practitioners or those needing specific support and accommodations.

Gentle yoga is a style of hatha yoga, performed at a slower pace with less intense positions. This style of is great for all levels, but is particularly beneficial to beginners or those with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, holding poses for longer periods of time than in other styles. This style of practice is great for working your connective tissues.
