With all that HYTV has to offer, we’re sure that you’ll want to stay! But if for some reason you have to say goodbye, you can cancel your membership at anytime. Just click My Account – Payment – Subscriptions and follow the instructions to cancel. If you have any questions simply head on over to the chat feature on our website and we will be happy to assist you.

Note: Certificates will not be issued for incomplete trainings. If you cancel before fully completing a course you will not receive a certificate of completion.

You should receive access to HYTV+ immediately after your purchase! Simply go to My Account and click on HYTV+ Resources.

For Founding Members who signed up prior to December 31, 2022: You have locked in your discounted rate of $59/month, and you will get access January 1, 2023. You will be charged upon purchase for the month of January, but your next bill won’t be until February 1, 2023. After the first year, your monthly subscription will continue at the regular rate of $69/month.

If you are an active subscriber to the base level of HYTV or you are a Core member your new HYTV+ subscription will automatically cancel any existing subscriptions and convert them to HYTV+. Please note, we are unable to prorate or refund any previous membership or subscription charges.

For Founding Members who signed up prior to December 31, 2022: Your current subscription will remain effective until January 1, 2023. After January 1, 2023, your current membership or subscription will stop and your new HYTV+ subscription will begin. All benefits of HYTV and Core Membership are included in HYTV+.
