Our programs and teachings place emphasis on the complete wellbeing of your body and soul. They are not to be performed, but to be lived. And our Christ-centered yoga philosophy doesn’t focus on what you have been, but on the person you are becoming in Christ. Our passion drives our mission by creating space for a life-changing transformation. Through Holy Yoga, you will learn and live a life’s journey of inspiration, fellowship and spirituality.
Jesus is central to all that Holy Yoga stands for and the reason we exist. In Him alone we know who we are and who we are living for (Ephesians 1:11). While yoga philosophy is presented, Holy Yoga’s programs are based solely on the Word of God.

Learn more about what we believeHoly Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship.
Holy Yoga believes that there is only one God, who exists for all eternity in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God has revealed Himself to us both through His creation and Word, and continues to reveal Himself to His people through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We believe that there is only one way to God, through His Son, Jesus Christ, and that God made forgiveness and redemption available to all who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Also, that those who are His will be made known by their love for God and for all people. Finally, we stand on the Bible as absolute truth, being the divinely authored and authoritative Word of God and complete in its current canonical form.

Holy Yoga® began with a faithful response to God’s call from its founder, Brooke Boon.
Following years of personal obstacles and setbacks, along with deviating from her Jewish faith, Brooke one day found herself at rock bottom. In her own words, “My relationship with God started when I demanded He show Himself to me, stole a Bible and reluctantly accepted a ride home from a perfect stranger on a stormy night. To say my life had crumbled into a serious mess when I aimlessly wandered into a church one night would be a massive understatement.”
Feeling broken and desperate, Brooke opened the stolen Bible to Isaiah 61. There on her apartment floor, Brooke’s life began to change as she soaked up each word from her newly acquired book. As she read it from cover to cover, an intimate relationship with Jesus began to flourish.
What started as a simple seed in Brooke’s heart has grown into a dynamic team of people who now passionately lead Holy Yoga. Today that team delivers transformational training where wellness practitioners are intersected by the living God and resourced to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.
At our core, we believe that in a broken and hurting world, everyone deserves a place to belong. Come as you are, as simply and honestly as you can manage, just as our founder did years ago. There is no judgment here.
Matthew 6:6 (MSG) “Here’s what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.”
Today, Holy Yoga® has trained over 5,000 people across the globe and proudly partners with them to serve and support in creating Christ-centered communities that touch more than 1 million lives every year.
