There are countless ways to invest in yourself today. Programs that promise quick results. Practices that focus on performance or productivity. Communities built around achievement or appearance.

Holy Yoga exists for something deeper.

We believe God is forming people, not programs. And formation is not something that can be rushed, outsourced, or optimized. It happens through faithful rhythms, embodied practice, and reciprocal relationship with God and one another.

Holy Yoga is a Christ-centered community where movement, Scripture, breath, and rest come together to create space for real transformation, inside and out.

Who Holy Yoga Is For

Holy Yoga is for the curious and the committed.
For those new to yoga and those who have practiced for years.
For leaders, caregivers, seekers, and those in seasons of discernment.

You don’t need to be flexible, confident, or certain. You simply need a willingness to show up as you are.

We are not here to fix you. We are here to walk with you.

When you step into Holy Yoga, whether online or in person, you are stepping into a shared commitment—a way of being, not just a way of moving.

Belonging Begins in Christ

We believe belonging is not something you earn or prove. It begins in Christ. When we know whose we are, we are free to discover who we are becoming.

This means you are welcomed fully, without comparison or expectation. Your story, your pace, and your season matter.

Faith That Is Lived and Embodied

Faith is not only something we think or believe—it is something we live and embody. God meets us in the body He designed. Through intentional movement, breath prayer, stillness, and reflection, we practice noticing God’s presence in tangible ways.

The mat becomes a place of prayer.
The breath becomes a place of listening.
The body becomes a place of encounter.

Safety as Sacred Space

We believe safety is holy ground. Gentleness, consent, and trauma-aware care guide how we teach, lead, and gather.

You will never be pressured, pushed, or asked to override your own wisdom. We honor the nervous system, personal boundaries, and the truth that healing and growth unfold at different rates for each person.

Formation Over Speed

Formation takes time. It is layered, relational, and often quiet. What we invest in with intention will flourish—not always quickly, but deeply.

Holy Yoga resists hurry. We choose depth over scale and faithfulness over performance.

Rest as a Spiritual Practice

Rest is essential, not optional. Slowness and Sabbath shape us just as much as teaching does.

In a culture that celebrates exhaustion, we choose rhythms that restore. We make space for pause, reflection, and renewal, trusting that God works in the stillness as much as in the movement.

Holy Yoga Lives with Kristin

A weekly rhythm of live, Christ-centered movement and teaching. These practices offer consistency, connection, and spiritual grounding, helping you stay rooted no matter where life takes you.

This is a space to practice together in real time, ask questions, and grow in community.

200-Hour & 100-Hour Holy Yoga Instructor Trainings

Our instructor trainings are not simply about certification. They are about formation.

Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your personal practice, these trainings offer:

• Theological grounding
• Embodied spiritual practices
• Trauma-aware teaching foundations
• Community, mentorship, and support

Graduates are equipped to lead with integrity, humility, and Christ-centered clarity—wherever they are called.

Retreats

Retreats create space to step away from daily demands and reconnect with God, your body, and your breath. Through sacred rhythms of movement, rest, prayer, and reflection, retreats offer renewal that carries long after the weekend ends.

Bible Studies (Spring Study Coming)

Our Bible studies invite Scripture to shape not only what we believe, but how we live. These gatherings create space for honest conversation, reflection, and integration connecting God’s Word with embodied faith.

Belonging doesn’t have to be complicated. These casual, welcoming gatherings are simply a place to connect, listen, and be known—no pressure, no agenda, just community.
