What to expect
One of Holy Yoga’s core pillars is community, and we are committed to holding space for you as we grow in the Lord. Each 75-minute session will include yogic movement, breathwork, meditation, and the book of the month discussion. (Please have the book read by meeting date). These gatherings offer an opportunity to connect, reflect, and deepen your relationship with the Lord.
For Holy Yoga Instructors: These meetings qualify for soul care-related continuing education hours.
Join the HY Community Circle
We’ve created a dedicated space for our community to come together, grow in faith, and support one another throughout the month. Join the HY Community Circle to stay connected between meetings, share insights, ask questions, and keep the conversation going! Meeting recordings will be sent to circle members within 48 hours of meeting.
