The Business Coaching Add-on includes three one-hour one-on-one calls over the course of 3 months to support you as you launch or relaunch your business/ministry as a LIT. Whether you are looking to open a studio, get ready for a reorganization of your business, or just need additional guidance and mentorship in structuring your training, this coaching package is designed to help you succeed.
The structure of the calls can vary based on your individual needs. Each call is followed up by a recap email with action items for you to follow. Below is an example of how the calls can be structured.
- One-hour discovery call to completely review your current business model, goals, and dreams to establish opportunities to develop.
- One-hour strategy call to develop ministry/business objectives, health, and a path forward.
- One-hour assessment call to review and assess what is working and lay out the plan moving forward.
- Weekly accountability email or WhatsApp coaching to check on your progress with the things you committed to doing and evaluate what is working and what is not.
