The Marketing Coaching Add-on includes three one-hour one-on-one calls over the course of 3 months to support you as you launch or reignite your business/ministry as a LIT. This coaching package is designed to help you shape a solid strategy based on Biblical principles using your goals, strengths, and resources to narrow your focus.
This add-on can be tailored to fit your needs, whether you are just starting, have a big event coming up that you want to take to the next level, or just need some extra support in the area of marketing.
The structure of the calls can vary based on your individual needs. Each call is followed up by a recap email with action items for you to follow. Below is an example of how the calls can be structured.
- One-hour discovery call and complete review of current platforms, messaging, and audience engagement to establish strengths to expand and opportunities to develop.
- One-hour strategy call to develop ministry/business objectives, health, and design a path forward. We’ll work together to put your strategy to work so you can do the right things at the right time.
- One-hour assessment call to review and assess what is working and lay out the plan moving forward.
- Written Strategy plan including next steps, 3-month content calendar, marketing plan, and gap analysis to identify required resources
- Weekly accountability email or WhatsApp coaching to check on your progress with the things you committed to doing, evaluate what is working and what is not
