What are the health and safety guidelines for this retreat?

You can find a detailed document on the Covid 19 guideline we will be adhering to for the Holy Yoga Retreat here. If these guidelines change we will follow whatever guidelines the venue has in place at the time of the Holy Yoga Retreat.

Does that mean I have to wear a mask while practicing yoga?

A mask is required while indoors and when social distancing is not possible. You will not be required to wear a mask while actively practicing yoga, but you will need to wear one once your practice is over. Please click here for the full Covid 19 guidelines.

What happens if I get sick while on campus?

Please see the guidelines here on the procedures that will take place for anyone that becomes sick during the retreat.

What happens if I have to leave campus due to Covid?

What happens if the Retreat is canceled due to Covid-19?

Should for any reason Holy Yoga Global cancel the Holy Yoga Retreat, you agree to participate in an alternate program, the Holy Yoga Virtual Retreat. If the alternate program is initiated, you will receive a refund in the amount of $895.00. The refund will occur within two weeks of notification that the retreat has been canceled, and each participant will be notified when their refund has been processed. Housing

Can I request a roommate?

Yes! You will be able to request a roommate(s) for the retreat. Please note, we will do our best to meet your requests but roommate matching is not guaranteed.

Can I have my own room?

No. The retreat center is a bunk-style campus and ALL participants and even leaders share accommodations.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes, you will need to bring sheets/blankets/and or sleeping bag. Lost Canyon will provide you with a pillow, a pillowcase and a towel.

Transportation

Can I have guests stop by during the retreat?

No. Lost Canyon does not allow anyone who is not registered for the retreat to be on campus.

Can I leave early from the retreat?

No. All participants must remain on campus for the duration of the event. Participants must arrange flights and transportation based on the specific requirements set forth by Holy Yoga. If you leave campus you will not be allowed to return.

How do I get to retreat?

What happens if my flights are delayed or I am going to arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances?

No need to stress. Just get there when you can. Text 260-927-0553 to keep us up to date on your eta and when you are 10 minutes from arrival so that someone can meet you at the gate to allow you access to the property.

General

Can I invite people who are not Holy Yoga instructors to the Holy Yoga Retreat?

Yes! The Holy Yoga Retreat is open to anyone over the age of 16.

How many Continuing education hours will be available at retreat?

There will be 10 contact Holy Yoga and Yoga Alliance continuing education hours available at retreat.

What is the food like?

All food is gluten free and there are vegetarian and nut free and dairy free options. A form will go out ahead of time asking if there are dietary restrictions.

When can I arrive at Lost Canyon?

When is Retreat over?

10:30am on Thursday, October 21, 2021 – please give yourself plenty of time to make your way back to your airport, turn in your rental car and go through security when making return flight arrangements.

Will I have any free time while at Retreat?

Yes, there is some free time during Retreat.

Can I work while at Retreat?

No, you will not have time to work while at Retreat. Please leave computers and other work-related items at home.
