Jamie Williams

Jamie fell in love with Holy Yoga the first time around. It was like climbing up into Abbas’s lap so she could hear him speak.  She completed the 200-Hour Training in 2019 and has since finalized certifications in the 300-Hour Masters, Ignite Leadership, Touch, and Licensed Instructor Trainer in 2023. Jamie is passionate about creating a safe space for others to encounter the Grace of God through the modality of Holy Yoga.  She is a wife to Russell, mother of two adult children, grandmother to three funny and adventurous boys, and a lifelong student, teacher, and friend.  She loves spending time with her family, connecting with friends, and enjoys being in nature. One of her greatest desires is to be a vessel of Abbas’s Grace and Peace.
