Cindy Chiariello

Divine Transformation

Cindy‘s passion is to create safe spaces where people can thrive in the fullness of who God created them to be. As a Licensed Social Worker in her home community of Morristown, Cindy supports students with disabilities and mental health challenges. Cindy and her husband Jim have three adult children. Their family life has been shaped by loving, caring for, and learning from their oldest daughter who is twenty-seven and on the autism spectrum.   Motivated by the demands of her work and family life to go deeper in own yoga practice, Cindy did her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga (Kelly Santucci) and soon after discovered Holy Yoga, completing the 95 hour training. Cindy has additional certificates in Restorative Yoga (Rachel May); Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Special Needs/ Adaptive, and 95 hour RCYT (Childlight Yoga). During the pandemic, Cindy completed a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy program at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Cindy teaches both private clients and group classes.  As a Holy Yoga Instructor and Licensed Instructor Trainer, Cindy is grateful for the privilege to walk alongside others as they embody and live out their faith in Jesus, and is excited to see who God is going to raise up to teach and spread his good news in the NY Metro area.  Aside from her yoga mat, Cindy feels most at home hiking on a mountain.  She enjoys inspiring and nourishing meals with family and friends, engaging in deep conversation, and is an avid reader and podcast listener.
