Why Holy Yoga? Because God told us to love Him with our mind, body, soul and heart. This is His greatest commandment. Then He said, “love one another.” That is Holy Yoga. Worshipping Jesus and loving those around us.

The HY Family
In May 2011, I was a physical mess with back pain, muscle spasms and tightness everywhere. Today, after 450+ classes and becoming an instructor in 2013, I am physically much stronger and able to recover from injuries much faster. Additionally, the Holy Yoga instructor family introduced me to a life where “Love thy neighbor” was practiced and where I was instantly “family” to every instructor. I am beyond blessed to be a part of the Holy Yoga family.

The HY Difference
What makes Holy Yoga different is the deeper spiritual connection. Actually using yoga asana as worship and to connect with your higher power. I’m not surprised by any of the training just how much i am learning and building such a deep connection to God in this process and my family relationships are healing as well it’s amazing!

I want more!
I’m not ready for my 100 course to end! What sets HY apart on an intellectual level, is the circling and layering of information. The information is presented through readings, video teachings, meditations, and our life group chat group. A topic is absorbed from different angles and truly integrates our body, mind, and soul through the teachings throughout the week. And I haven’t even mentioned the soul work, which far superior to any program or bible study I have ever been a part of. Is it overwhelming? Sure. But it’s overflowing my cup. All in all, I love HY and want more of It! Thank you for all you to to bring people like me closer to God.
