Online Training Description
Open to beginner and experienced yogis alike; Holy Yoga is a Christ-centered, highly regarded international yoga instructor training program that has been providing world-class yoga training since 2006. The 200 Hour program invites individuals into the Holy Yoga community to receive expert yoga training as well as Christ-centered spiritual development. Created with flexibility and convenience in mind, you can immerse yourself in 13 weeks of live classes, life groups, and more all from the comfort of home.
Each week will consist of a 3-hour live class and includes weekly one-hour life group discussion, additional home study, reading assignments, at-home video instruction, and a teaching practicum. *This training is an approved Yoga Alliance 200 Hour program for 2024*

Required Reading:
Four books are required for your training, and they are to be purchased separately:
- Holy Yoga: Exercise for the Christian Body and Soul by Brooke Boon. This will
serve as your manual in addition to Hatha Yoga Illustrated. - Hatha Yoga Illustrated by Brooke Boon and Martin Kirk will serve as your instructional
and photographic manual. - Eat This Book by Eugene Peterson. This nine-chapter book outlines the importance of
the Word and meditation. It will accompany our training week-by-week and teach you
how to immerse yourself in the discipline of biblical meditation. - Experiential Worship: Encountering God with Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength by
Bob Rognlien needs to be read during the course, but there is no suggested timeline.
