An understanding of functional movement requires an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and breathwork. In this nine week module, we’ll take a comprehensive journey into the physiology and psychology of movement along with an anatomical focus on breath, shoulder girdle, fascia, supporting a healthy back, and cueing. We end this module teaching you how to design an anatomically focused flow on your own for future classes.
Each week will consist of a 2-hour live class and includes additional home study, reading assignments, at-home video instruction, and a teaching practicum.
This training is open to anyone and is part of our 300-hour certification.
