Being able to teach yoga in various ways makes for an excellent yoga instructor. This skill includes the ability to teach to a distinct population while welcoming a new person to the class at the same time. Throughout these nine weeks, we will look at the teaching methodology of Yin Yoga, how to teach with trauma sensitivity, anxiety issues and yoga, weight loss, contemplative disciplines, depression and how to challenge the advanced practitioner to grow their practice.
Each week will consist of a 2-hour live class and includes additional home study, reading assignments, at-home video instruction, and a teaching practicum.
This training is open to anyone and is part of our 300-hour certification.
