Holy Rhythms is a unique three-week Bible study guided by Holy Yoga leader and E – RYT 500 Pam Milner, designed to help you cultivate balance, rhythm, and alignment in both body and spirit.
Through engaging scripture study, Christ-centered Ayurvedic practices, and reflective journaling, you’ll uncover how living in God’s rhythms brings renewal, healing, and a deeper connection to His presence.
Ayurveda is an ancient system of health and lifestyle practices, centered on living in harmony with the natural rhythms God has built into creation—like the cycles of the day, the seasons, and the way our bodies function. At its core, Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) emphasizes balance: caring for the body, mind, and spirit through rhythms of nourishment, rest, movement, and mindfulness.
When viewed through the lens of Scripture, these practices point us back to God’s design for wholeness:
– Discover how the wisdom of Ayurveda aligns with Biblical truth and how embracing God’s design for body and soul leads to greater intimacy with Him.
– Learn practical rhythms for nourishing your body, mind, and spirit in a way that is rooted in Christ.
