At Holy Yoga, we believe that true meditation begins with God. Meditation is a practice of stillness, presence, and alignment with His Spirit—and in Meditation & The Renewed Mind, you’ll discover how it transforms your mind, body, and soul while equipping you to guide others into Christ-centered rest and renewal.
Over 8 weeks, Kelsey and Mia will lead you through the biblical roots of meditation, the wisdom of Christian mystics, the Desert Fathers and Mothers, and the history of mindfulness across cultures. You’ll explore how yoga itself was originally a meditative practice, alongside trauma-informed strategies for breath, posture, and emotional regulation, plus sound, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness techniques that cultivate presence. You will gain practical tools and teaching strategies to confidently lead others in Christ-centered meditation.
Meditation goes beyond relaxation—it strengthens focus, regulates emotions, reduces stress, and enhances spiritual awareness. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, counselor, parent, or simply seeking to grow your understanding of meditation, this training gives you practical, Christ-led tools to deepen your practice and confidently lead others.
