Holy Yoga with Weights combines a traditional Holy Yoga class with cardiovascular and weight training for total body conditioning. This 15-hour training is for existing Holy Yoga/200+ hour Yoga Instructors who desire to add the element of weights to their current yoga classes or who desire to work with athletes in the area of athletic training. This course is also for those who love the practice of yoga and desire to know to how to add weights to thier practice.
Holy Yoga with Weights is a two week distance learning training. Students will learn about proper muscle engagement, the vitality of the breath, and specific exercises with weights while keeping it safe, fun, and challenging. Precautions and working with special populations is also covered. .
