This program is an on-demand, 20-hour training that includes prerecorded video teachings, reading assignments, and a teaching practicum. You do not need to be a previously certified yoga instructor to participate. This training qualifies for 20 ce hours for Holy Yoga and Yoga Alliance non-contact
