Self-love can be difficult when we have a mindset that we’re not enough. Women are often glamorized in all forms of media, reminding us that we can be prettier, skinnier, and can seemingly do it all. Conformity, comparison, and forced happiness can lead to even lower self-confidence. So how do we achieve genuine self-love and acceptance when the world around us screams that we aren’t enough?
In the Secrets to Self-Love workshop with Fitness Instructor and former Miss Plus Canada, Sarah Taylor, we will explore how positive affirmations and simple life changes can help you live your happiest and most confident life.
Join us on December 2nd at 10 am central time for the one hour Secrets to Self-Love workshop as we learn some easy tips on how we can accept ourselves for who we are right now, and embrace the confident rockstar we designed to become.
The workshop will be recorded and available for viewing for up to 72 hours after the live event.
