The 300 Hour Masters program is an advanced 300 hour curriculum designed to equip every yogi for service and work in the field of yoga. Over the course of the program, you will embark on an in-depth exploration of yoga philosophy and principles in tandem with delving into God’s Kingdom culture and the persons of the Trinity. This training is offered every other year for anyone and everyone looking to grow deeply in their knowledge of both yoga and Christ.
This is a year-long program made up of four nine-week live modules plus a 60-hour Trauma Sensitive on-demand training. Here’s a look at the five different topics covered in this one 300 Hour training:
Dive deeper with the Lord as we look at God the Father, the Son, the Spirit, the breath and spirituality of soul care.
Grow deeper in your understanding of yogic concepts like the Limbs, Yamas, Niyamas, Chakras, Nidra, Ayurvedic, and Hindu scripture as well as how these align with Christ.
Hone your teaching skills by studying the methodology of Yin Yoga, how to teach with trauma sensitivity, anxiety issues and yoga, weight loss, contemplative disciplines, depression, and how to challenge the advanced practitioner to grow their practice while still welcoming the new student.
Take a comprehensive journey into the physiology and psychology of movement along with an anatomical focus on breath, shoulder girdle, fascia, supporting a healthy back, and cueing.
Study how Scripture addresses trauma and the ways in which different yoga techniques paired with God’s love and grace provide what is needed to safely explore the parts of the body that have felt stunted by traumatic experiences.
