Christina discovered yoga in 2009. A broken ankle and months of rehab led her to her first hot yoga class, where she found healing as well as relief from depression and with weight gain. Wanting to encourage others to find their own healing in mind, body and soul, she sought out training that aligned with her spiritual beliefs. In 2012, she became certified with 225 hours of training with Holy Yoga. She has gone on to be certified to teach Yogalates, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yin Yoga, and, in 2014, she certified to teach Revelation Wellness group fitness. She continued in 2015 to finish a 300 Hour Holy Yoga Therapy Training. Christina finished a 500 Hour Masters Program. Passionate about wellness and wholeness, she instructs based on sound biblical principles. Christina’s style is filled with energy as she combines body awareness, strength and freedom. She seeks to help others learn to release the stresses of the world and provide an environment for everyone to grow as an individual.
