Sarah Russell lives in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and is the wife and partner-in-ministry to a church planter and a first time mama. When she’s not preparing a yoga class or loving on her family, Sarah can usually be found in the kitchen, at the park, or cozied up on the couch writing or reading. Ministry (and motherhood) can be very isolating, but Sarah has found that the relationships she’s developed through Holy Yoga have helped to fill that gap.
