Shannon Pierce is a firm believer in holistic wellness, understanding that true balance encompasses every facet of existence: the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Shannon’s journey has been one of transformation, and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others.
During a period of unhealthiness while working in corporate America, Shannon stumbled upon yoga—a practice that would ultimately change her life. The health benefits of yoga became her beacon, leading her to reclaim her well-being. In 2016, Shannon became a certified Holy Yoga instructor and a certified Revelation Wellness instructor. Her journey continued receiving other certifications with Holy Yoga including Yoga with Weights, Chair/Senior, Plus, Yogalates, Touch, 300-Hour Therapy, and 300-Hour Masters. She is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in gut and hormonal health and is on the path to becoming a massage therapist, further expanding her ability to promote healing and wellness.
