Beverly has been a student of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for over 20 years. In 1999, she received her Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health where she specialized in Health Education and Public Health Program Planning. As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), she designed and evaluated state-wide wellness programs for the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association until just after the birth of her first son. Shortly thereafter, Beverly created and facilitated a one of a kind, family-based, faith formation program for her church and facilitated it for 10 years.
In 2012, Beverly felt called to merge her background in public health education and family ministry to promote holistic wellness and became the first certified Holy Yoga Instructor in Connecticut. Over the next three years, she brought Holy Yoga to several churches in CT and NY with the dream to someday open a Christian Holistic Wellness Yoga studio where people could come, free of judgment or denomination labels to connect with God while getting healthy and whole. That dream became a reality in October 2015.
While Beverly has practiced many different styles of yoga over the years, never has her soul been touched, healed and uplifted as when practicing Holy Yoga. Holy Yoga brings Mark 12:30 to life, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength“. There really is nothing like meeting Jesus on your mat! “The practice of Holy Yoga® has completely transformed my relationship with God and with others”.
Her certifications include: C-HYI Therapy, C-HYI 300, Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-200), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Thai Yoga Massage Levels 1 & 2, C-HYI 200, Holy Yoga Touch which incorporates massage and touch techniques into Holy Yoga classes; C-HYI Trauma-Sensitive, C-HYI Leadership, C-HYI Weights, C-HYI Yogalates, and C-HYI Yin Levels 1 and 2.
Beverly served as Holy Yoga Foundation’s Regional Director for the Northeast and currently serves as an Instructor Trainer for Holy Yoga Touch Certification and Holy Yoga 200 hr and 100 hr Instructor Training & Certification programs.
When God brought Holy Yoga into Katie’s life in June 2011, He answered her life-long prayer to work in ministry while allowing her to use the gifts and skills she had developed through her career in yoga and fitness. Katie has been a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through ACE, as well as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance, and Master Holy Yoga Instructor (M-HYI) through Holy Yoga. She has owned her own yoga studio, been featured in numerous yoga DVDs and written nationally-recognized programs and publications.
Katie’s life and work have been transformed by her experience at Holy Yoga, where she has renewed and redefined her relationship with the Triune God and His Word. She feels deeply indebted to her family and friends for their support of her passion for yoga and ministry, and to God for His grace in equipping her daily to walk in the light. Out of this grace she desires to help others experience Christ’s love and healing power for themselves through the ancient and essential practices of combining God’s Word with both movement and stillness.
Katie lives in California, with her husband Kevin and two daughters, Key and Taylor.

Bio coming soon!
Hope comes to Holy Yoga so grateful to be a part of a community of hearts moving closely with the triune God. Hope spent most of her early career years working in the legal field with victims and perpetrators of abuse, drug addiction, and crime. During that time, she developed a heart for those who are struggling and in need of hope, encouragement and freedom.
In 2006, God opened doors for Hope and her husband to move to Shanghai, China. Trusting God’s leading, they packed two boxes and boarded the plane. That time allowed Hope to serve the homeless of Shanghai, teach at a Chinese university, and adopt a beautiful daughter. After returning back to Maryland in early 2015 to care for family, she was introduced to Holy Yoga and found a purpose, calling and community better than anything she ever dreamed. Holy Yoga has opened new depths in her relationship with God and given her a family of faith that is full of love when she needs it most!
Hope loves connecting with people of all cultures and sharing Jesus’ truth, love and freedom in any way she can. She has learned that following God’s plan offers a life of adventure, full of heartache and joy, and a path that is hardly ever the shortest distance between two points – just when you think you know where you’re headed, get ready for a turn! Her heart’s desire is to always say “It is well with my soul.”
Hope lives in Aalborg, Denmark with her husband, daughter, and two four-legged friends. She is relocating to Brussels, Belgium, by 2017. Hope serves on the Soul Care team and teaches Holy Yoga classes anywhere and everywhere.
Brenda has been practicing yoga regularly for about 8 years and was beginning to consider yoga teacher training around her 4th year but never felt called to commit. Holy Yoga was just what she seemed to be waiting for!
Brenda’s yoga practice has always served as a space for her to experience God’s fullness and freedom in her body and soul, feeling most alive and loved in the quiet expanses in-between. After completing her 225 hour training with Holy Yoga in May of 2014, Brenda was led to open Worthy Yoga, a Christ-centered and Holy Yoga practice studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Brenda has completed the HY Masters Training, Leadership Training and HY Touch Training. God has given her a heart for serving Holy Yoga and she shares passionately in their vision. It is her deepest desire and joy to serve the love and Light of Christ wherever He leads.
Brenda is the mother of 3 daughters- Ellie, Madeline and Grace (a holy yoga instructor-in -training) and is married to her husband, Brad. They live in the Village of Mariemont in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dianne Suozzo was introduced to Holy Yoga by a co-volunteer at an inner-city program for youth. She was drawn to it immediately and contacted Brooke Boon in 2009. Dianne’s love for Jesus and her interest in nutrition and fitness drew her to Holy Yoga.
Dianne serves on the Holy Yoga Soul Care Team, and enjoys leading people in meditation and prayer. Dianne is also the Regional Director of the Northeast. She has completed her Holy Yoga Masters, Holy Yoga Therapy, and Trauma Sensitive Holy Yoga.
From 1989 to 1999 Dianne and her husband lived in India. They served together in community development and now live in New Jersey. God has blessed them with two beautiful daughters who were both born in India and still love the culture there. Dianne’s desire is to bring together her love for different people groups, her interest in health, and her love for God. She has a heart for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Kerry began practicing yoga in 2002, excited to find an exercise regimen she could do at home that didn’t leave her so sore she couldn’t walk the next day. Nine years later, God opened the door for her to begin teaching at a local retirement community. Her initial training was with YogaFit, but she later discovered Holy Yoga while surfing the internet and could not quiet her spirit to the call of combining Jesus and yoga. She got her Holy Yoga certification in 2012 and currently teaches both secular and Holy Yoga classes.
Kerry lives in the village of Bosque Farms, New Mexico, with her sweet husband and two teens. She’s drawn to the simple, country life and has converted the loft of her barn into a yoga studio, called Upper Room Yoga, where she teaches her friends and neighbors how to move, breathe and worship in mind, body and spirit. If you come to her classes, you can hear the sounds of horses whinnying and catch a view of the Sandia mountains outside the window.
One of Kerry’s driving passions is teaching yoga to those who might be intimidated to come to a traditional class (those who are older or perhaps have some type of physical or spiritual trauma in their bodies). She enjoys breaking down poses in such a way that any and every body can find success. She works with Jonnie Goodmanson in the Holy Yoga Therapy program and comes alongside Christina Mroz in teaching the Chair/Senior Holy Yoga program. She also works on the Soul Care team leading meditations, life groups and small groups at retreat.
Kerry loves to learn and has been blessed to be able to take several trainings with Holy Yoga, including Masters, Therapy, Chair, Touch, Yoga with Weights, and Leadership Development

Jen Moye is wife to an Airman and mom to three rambunctious little boys. With excitement on a daily basis and grace around every corner, she believes we are meant to live this life in community with others and with the mercy to mess up and try again….and again. Being a mom is hard, but it is also a divine calling we can have in this life. She has spent much of her life in ministry with her core passion being that we learn to glorify our God in our marriage, our parenting, and in our everyday lives.
God intersected Holy Yoga with Jen’s life at a time she never expected. She was living with a myriad of health issue and chronic pain, paired with a marriage under attack and young children needing every ounce of her energy. In a time where she felt God telling her to “rest”, Holy Yoga was the vehicle in which He taught her how.
She finished her 200-hour Instructor Training in 2017 and has since completed the Masters, Leadership Development, and Touch trainings with Holy Yoga Global.
Jen is the Marketing Manager for Holy Yoga Global, LLC, serves as a North East Area Ambassador for the Holy Yoga Foundation.
Beata started practicing yoga after her son was born in April 1997. Raised as a Catholic she weaved prayer into her practice and grew to love it. Beata continued to practice at home when time allowed. As her family grew she turned to yoga as a time to reflect during difficult times. Her son was diagnosed with Autism shortly after his 3rd birthday. The next few years proved to be difficult with therapy and a new baby but she continued to hold on to her faith and believed deeply in her heart that the Lord has a plan. During a very low point in her life, she stumbled upon a Holy Yoga class at Mountain Park Church in her community. Since that moment Beata knew that this is what the Lord has prepared her for. With his perfect timing, Beata received her Holy Yoga certification and has continued the calling to serve on the Holy Yoga Leadership Team.
She is so honored giving back and being able to teach at the church she first discovered Holy Yoga. Beata is passionate about helping others realize their self-worth, the importance of self- love, and spiritually connecting with God through the mind, body, and soul. Beata believes that helping others and having faith through all circumstances is the key to a joyful life.
Married to her best friend Ted for 25 years and working full-time at Origami Owl as an Executive Assistant to the founders and part-time for Holy Yoga Global as the Events Assistant Beata counts her blessings every day. A Chicago girl at heart, she loves her forever home in Phoenix, Arizona. Beata is so proud of both of her children Joseph and Rozie and looks forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for them.
